About Matt

Down-To-Earth, Encouraging, Passionate

Matt is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer with over a decade of experience helping people of all ages discover the benefits of movement.

He takes particular interest in chronic disease and injury management, providing rehabilitation strategies through movement and education, empowering those he works with to feel more in control of their health and long-term wellbeing. He takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to exercise, tailored to the individual needs of his clients.

Matt also leads yoga teacher training programs across Brisbane and is passionate about supporting the next generation of yoga teachers. He has a particular way of explaining the “why’s” and “how’s” of the practice, founded in his practical approach that brings together traditional teachings within a modern context.

Matt is committed to helping people make exercise an accessible and enjoyable part of everyday life.
